Instruction for presentations

Invited Talk

please check the time length for your talk at the program. The time includes the presentation and discussion.

Some talks have 40minutes. Other talks have 30minutes.

Spotlight and Flash Talk (modified on 24th Sept)

- A spotlight talk has 10 min for presentation and 2 min for the questions. Please bring your laptop PC for presentation.

- A flash talk has 2min fore presentation without question. Please bring your laptop PC for presentation or send PDF/PPT file to the organizers.

Poster presentation

Please prepare your poster by following A0 vertical (portrait): the A0 size print measures 84.1 x 118.9cm, 33.11 x 46.81 inches.

You can use smaller poster size, e.g., A1 or B1. If you want, you can extend the size to B1 vertical (portrait).

But, a poster wider than 1m cannot be accepted because of the limitation of space.

Eash poster will be attached to the wall of the WS room during the WS.
